Hello Proctor Families,

Thank you to all of you that have completed the Online Data Confirmation.  If you haven't done so, please do so NOW.  You cannot start school if you do not complete the data confirmation on Aeries.

Online Data Confirmation on Aeries Parent Portal - Available Now
Please sign in to Aeries and complete the online data confirmation.  When you sign into Aeries, it will prompt you to the steps needed to complete data confirmation.  Please read and update any information necessary.  Be sure to click submit on the final step to complete data confirmation.

Walkthrough Registration - Thursday, July 31, 2025 8-11am & 2-5pm
During Online Data Confirmation, you are asked to print out the Proctor registration checklist and fill out the necessary forms to be turned in during Walkthrough Registration.  You can stop by Proctor on Thursday 7/31/25 anytime between 8am to 11am and 2pm to 5pm.  If you cannot make it to Proctor in person on 7/31, you can email the necessary form to Hilda Kwan, hkwan@cv.k12.ca.us

Proctor PTA, our after school care programs Adventure Time and PlayCV as well as representative from our Child Nutrition program will be at Walkthrough Registration to answer any of your questions.  

School Supply List
You can find your student's school supply list on the Proctor website.

Teacher and Classroom Assignments
Teacher assignments will be available on Aeries Parent Portal after Walkthrough Registration.  The only official teacher assignment is from Aeries.  All other sources are not accurate.

Proctor Bell Schedule 2025-26
You can find our daily bell schedule here.  
Please note that we have early dismissal for the first 9 days of school.  
Kindergarten ends at 12:30pm.  
1st to 5th grade ends at 1:40pm.
